Terms and Conditions

All PRISCILLA DU PONT goods are hand printed. Each print on every product will appear unique and  imperfections created  in the process are of an inherently artistic nature. This is a variation that should be expected in a handmade item. Priscilla du Pont does not accept returns based on these factors/irregularities. 

• Terms of return  - If  you need to make a return, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
• State of return - Any return should be unused and in the original packaging.
• Reason for return  - We accept returns only if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
• Process for return - To initiate a return, please contact us by email stating the item you'd like to return and the reason for your return.
• Process of refund  - Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
